The Next Chapter NEIPA is a hazy hop bomb made with Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic, and the newest in dry-hop innovation…SPECTRUM. The brew team went all out on this one, it is sure to be the boldest NEIPA we’ve ever put out.
IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
Celebrating Born Brewing's Anniversary. Made with SEVEN hop varietals and tasting oh so juicy!
IPA - New England / Hazy
Bold and tropical, heavily fruited with mango and laced with habanero peppers. we've taken two of our favourite Central American ingredients and blended an exceptional amount of each into one of our favourite North American beer styles. The result is a spicy and sweet NEIPA with a warm finish and bright stone fruit aromas.
IPA - New England / Hazy
Sweet & heat.
Stout - Russian Imperial
Sweet cocoa and rich espresso subdue the higher alcohol content of this full-bodied Russian Imperial Stout.
Mt. Massive is made for sipping slow.
IPA - Imperial / Double
Dank and piney with notes of pithy grapefruit and tangy lemon. This traditional West Coast IPA has a dry and bitter finish and a bright amber appearance. A strong malt backbone is softened with bright hop aroma. Scenic Route drinks like a walk in the woods.
IPA - Other
West coast ipa
Stout - Pastry
Flavours of rich espresso and roasted malt are subdued by delicately salted caramel and toffee. With just a hint of chocolate fudge, hazelnut and vanilla this brew is intense and exciting like the early days of a love story without the drama or heart-break.
Sour - Fruited
Raspberry mint sour
IPA - New England / Hazy
Bright and aromatic thanks to the fast fermenting Laerdal Kviek yeast from Norway, which is known for its uncanny ability to impart bold tropical flavours. Swift Hours NEIPA has a light malt backbone and a soft & delicate mouth-feel, accentuated by punchy notes of pineapple. It gently transitions us into the next season of NEIPAs and softens the blow as we head into cooler and shorter days.
Sour - Fruited
An imperial sour fermented with an abundance of plums, this winter sour creates a harmony of stone fruit and just enough tang. Tart yet rich and jammy. The higher ABV of this imperial sour will warm you from the inside out.
IPA - New England / Hazy
This heavily fruited NEIPA with mango is laced with habanero peppers, creating a bold and tropical take on the Hazy IPA. We took two of our favourite Central American ingredients and blended an exceptional amount of each into one of our favourite North American beer styles. The result is spicy and sweet with tangy mango to finish.
